Purchases & Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase only if the program has not been used.
A program is considered used if any Practice Review or Exam Simulation has been created or started.
No. Once a Practice Review or Exam Simulation has been created or started, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
