Account & Access
Access is activated immediately after a purchase is completed. The program becomes available through the account used for the purchase.
Each purchase includes 30 days of unlimited access starting from the date of purchase.
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
No. An account may be signed in on only one device at a time. If a session is left open, it closes automatically after 30 minutes.
Purchases & Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. eTutoringLab does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
No. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring subscription charges.
Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase only if the program has not been used.
A program is considered used if any Practice Review or Exam Simulation has been created or started.
No. Once a Practice Review or Exam Simulation has been created or started, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

The Exam Simulator provides a timed session with a defined question count and content distribution. Results are provided after the session is submitted.

Your overall score is provided immediately after you submit an exam.
Yes. Performance reports and completed session results remain available during your access period so you can track strengths and areas for improvement.
You may leave and return later if needed. The timer continues running while the exam is in progress.
